“The books title- Grow Healthy. Grow Happy. – captures the spirit of this welcome guide to child rearing. Becy Cannon brings a multicultural, holistic, and environmentally savvy perspective to that most important of human experiences: nurturing and raising babies in family and community. The love and insight evident in this guide are inspired by her experiences in creating and leading the award winning baby products company I play., her appreciation of both the wisdom of East Asia and her upbringing in the American South, and her reflections on raising her now-adult children. Her writing and her guidance are gifts to babies, parents, and families everywhere.”
