This tape is a companion to the book of the same title. It includes all the exercises described in the book and thus provides a complementary visual learning reference. It presents an introduction and a full tai chi workout, including warm-up, spinal exercise, taiji qigong, and both a back and a front portrayal of simplified tai chi chuan. The instructions are clear, and the accompanying music is nice. Though the production values could be better (the sound is somewhat grainy and the picture is slightly fuzzy), the material is nevertheless useful and complete.
